% 03.04.2024 Ms. Shruti Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the present suit unconditionally. 2.

Ms. Annie, the authorised representative of the company, who has filed the affidavit in support of the plaint, is also present in court and supports this submission.

Accordingly, the suit is disposed-of as withdrawn. 4.

Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. 5.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff prays that since the suit was at its initial stage, the entire court-fee may be refunded. 6.

However, in compliance of the provisions of section 16-A of Court Fees Act, 1870 (as applicable to Delhi), 50% of the court fee affixed on the plaint is directed to be refunded to the plaintiff.
