The present appeal has been pending since 2019 for want of service upon the respondents. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that, despite best efforts, the appellant has been unable to ascertain the address of the respondents.

A perusal of the orders passed from time to time would show that repeated opportunities have been granted to the appellant to effect service upon the respondents.

Learned counsel for the appellant prays that liberty be granted to revive the appeal as and when the appellant is able to locate the respondents address.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of, with liberty granted as prayed for.
