The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 39/2012 dated 23.03.2012, registered at Police Station Kapashera, for offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the final report in the present case was filed on 18.08.2023.

He submits that the petitioner is not named as an accused in the final report.
