The present petition is filed seeking cancellation of prearrest bail granted to Respondent No. 2 by order dated 16.03.2024 (hereafter 'the impugned order') passed by the learned ASJ-05, Rohini Courts, Delhi.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court have been blatantly flouted. He, however, at the outset seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file the same before the concerned Sessions Court.
