1. The present petition primarily seeks a direction to the respondents to implement the decision dated 16.08.2022, of the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 2177/2017.
2. After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, does not press the present petition and submits that the petitioner will, instead, approach the learned Tribunal by way of a contempt petition. He, however, prays that taking into account that the present petition has remained pending before this Court for some time, the petitioner may be granted two weeks' time to file a contempt petition and the learned Tribunal be directed to consider the same on merits.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, has no objection to this limited request.
4. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition before the learned Tribunal. It is made clear that in case a contempt petition is filed within two weeks from today, the same will be considered on merits and not rejected on the ground of delay.
