Vide the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to pay the salary of the petitioner retrospectively from 01.01.1996 in parity with the Delhi Police Head Constables as per the Government Order dated 30.09.1997; to call the complete records of the petitioner's basic pay and salary; and directions to the respondents not to discriminate the salary of the petitioner with other CPOs; 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a representation before the respondents.
