% 07.08.2018 This petition seeks quashing of FIR No.35/2011 dated 11.02.2011 under sections 420/448/465/467/471/120B IPC, Police Station - Badarpur on the ground that there has been inordinate delay in conclusion of the investigation.

The learned counsel for the State submits that Charge-sheet has already been filed, therefore the petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition at this stage and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to pursue his remedies as may be available in law.
