This Court has perused the Report of the Registry. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that as per the calculations of the Registry, there is deficiency in the principle amount of Rs. 1,93,109.51/-, which has not been deposited by the appellants, herein. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that he may be given time to clarify the said position.

Accordingly, let an affidavit be filed by the appellants in this regard, within a period of four weeks, from today.

The Registry of this Court is also directed to clarify as to whether there was a deficiency in the amount deposited by the appellant, at the time of deposit of the initial amount by the appellant, in terms of the order passed by this Court.
