Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition in view of the settlement arrived at before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, vide Settlement Agreement dated 05.02.2026.

He submits that the petitioner has received the Employee's Pension Scheme (1995) amount of Rs. 2,50,118/-. It is further confirmed that monthly pension, along with the arrears, has been credited to the petitioner's bank account.

The Settlement Agreement is taken on record and the parties are made bound by their respective obligations. No more dispute is pending between the parties.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted.
