Petitioner is defendant No. 3 before the learned Trial Court and is aggrieved by order dated 20.04.2023 whereby she along with two other defendants have been restrained from creating third party interest and part with the possession of the suit property.

During course of the consideration, learned counsel for petitioner states that he does not press the present petition and it may be disposed of with liberty to her to move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court seeking vacation of stay or modification of order dated 20.04.2023, in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
