Mr. Jaswinder Singh, learned counsel for the respondents, has taken an objection on the maintainability of the petition on the ground that the petition shall lie before the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT). This submission is also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
If that be so, the pleadings being complete, the writ petition is transferred to the AFT, Principal Bench with complete record for its consideration and decision.

Appropriate shall be that the Registry shall transfer the present petition to the AFT within four weeks of the receipt of this order.
