Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have settled the matter.

It is submitted that pursuant to the said settlement, respondent shall pay an amount of ₹ 70,000/- to the appellant. 3.
The said amount of ₹ 70,000/ - has been paid by learned counsel for the respondent through Demand Draft to learned counsel for the appellant, which has duly been handed over to the appellant, who is present before the Court.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that he does not wish to press the present appeal. 5.
Accordingly, the present appeal, along with pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
