% 16.02.2018 It is submitted that petitioner is a married person and was living separately from his brother. Petitioner is brother-in-law (devar) of the deceased, who committed suicide at her parents house. Deceased along with her husband was living at Najafgarh; while petitioner is living at Burari. Only allegations against the petitioner, as per the FIR, are that he used to advice husband of the deceased to take divorce from the deceased. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO of the concerned police station. However, petitioner shall cooperate in the

investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
