The present application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking permission to withdraw the present revision petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition was filed challenging the order dated 12.09.2023, passed by the learned Family Court, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in MT No. 495/2022, whereby ad interim maintenance of ₹25,000/- per month was awarded in favour of the respondent. 3.

She submits that the application for interim maintenance has now been decided.

She seeks liberty to withdraw the present revision petition and take appropriate remedies challenging the subsequent order by which interim maintenance has been awarded to the respondent.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed and CRL.REV.P. 1163/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

The date already fixed in CRL.REV.P. 1163/2023, that is, 19.03.2024, stands cancelled.
