This is an application seeking correction of the order dated 26.09.2024. 2.

Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition was withdrawn only as the matter was resolved between the parties. He states that there was no Award.

In this view, the order dated 26.09.2024 is corrected accordingly and the portion "It is stated that the entire amount has been remitted and therefore the Award/decree stands satisfied" stands deleted. 4.

The application is disposed of.
