This petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the 1996 Act") for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, who is presently in seisin of the disputes between the parties.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 30 June 2024.
