This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of an Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under letters of intent dated 25.05.2013 and 10.06.2013. 2.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal expired on 22.01.2024, which was subsequently extended for six months by mutual consent of the parties until 22.07.2024.

I am informed that the proceedings before the learned Arbitral Tribunal are at the stage of evidence.

Learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice, and states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought. 5.
