This is a petition filed under section 29A(4) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of 3 months.

It is stated that the Arbitrator had undergone some medical procedure and hence the delay.

Issue notice. Mr. Rizvi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to the present petition being allowed. 7.
