Both the abovesaid petitions seek quashing of criminal complaints filed under Section 138 read with Section 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The complaints are Criminal Complaint No.3750/2018 and Criminal Complaint No.417/2019.

The abovesaid applications have now been moved seeking withdrawal of the petitions for the reason that the matters have been amicably settled. 3.

Copy of Settlement Deed dated 05.12.2025, which took place before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, has also been placed on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the abovesaid compromise, the complaints in question have already been withdrawn by the concerned complainants i.e. respondents herein on 09.03.2026. He submits that in view of the abovesaid development and settlement, the present petitions do not survive anymore and, therefore, he seeks to withdraw the same.

While allowing the abovesaid applications, the abovesaid petitions are, hereby, disposed of as withdrawn, in terms of the settlement. 7.
