This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking a limited relief for direction to the Respondents to decide the appeal dated 28.06.2022.

Government" as per Rule 23(j) of MMTC Ltd. Employees (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1975. Petitioner filed an appeal on 28.06.2022 against the said penalty before the Appellate Authority. However, the same according to the Petitioner is still pending consideration. 5.

Mr. Sandeep Tyagi, learned Senior Panel Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents.

Looking at the limited reliefs sought, present writ petition is disposed of directing the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal within six weeks from today, if not already disposed of. 8.

Order passed shall be communicated to the Petitioner within one week thereafter who will be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies.

Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law. Pending application also stands disposed of.
