This Court has heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 1 states that they have already granted admission to the petitioner, on the basis of general category, for the academic year 2024-25. It is also stated that as per the official data of the last three years, the petitioner had been given admission in the School, and prays that the same be regularized. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 1 also draws this Court‟s attention to the representation made on behalf of respondent no. 1, seeking rectification in the vacancies under the EWS/DG/CWSN category, in the classes Pre-Primary/KG and 1st, to reduce the declared seats in the entry level class, i.e. Pre-School/ Nursery for the academic session 2024-25.

Let representation filed by respondent no. 1, be decided by Directorate of Education, within six weeks from today. 6.
No further relief is prayer for.
