% 15.02.2016 Mr. Ashish Aggarwal, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal) appearing on behalf of official respondent on advance notice fairly states that the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking parole in order to enable the latter to institute Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, pending before the competent authority shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of ten working days from today under intimation to the petitioner.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to approach this Court again if the petitioner is aggrieved by the determination made by the competent authority of his representation for parole. In view of the foregoing, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
