This application is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.337/2022 registered at PS Hazrat Nizamuddin. Interim protection was granted to petitioner by order dated 19th December 2022. 2.

Counsel for petitioner points out that allegations are of offences under Sections 325/341/356/379/506/34 IPC out of which all are bailable except for Section 379 IPC which invites sentence of 3 years. 3.

Petitioner has joined investigation consistently. that it does not clearly show the incident and an additional status report was directed to be filed concerning offence under Section 379 IPC. 4.

It is stated by the APP for the State that investigation is almost complete and charge-sheet is about to be filed. 5.

In this view of the matter, petition is allowed. 6.

Consequently, in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25, 000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant/victim or tamper with evidence of the case. 7.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of along with the pending application.
