This petition has been filed seeking review of the Order dated 28.11.2024.

The petitioner pursuant to our Order dated 13.12.2024 has been examined at the Dr.Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and we have been shown a report dated 30.04.2025 of such medical examination.

We dispose of this review petition by directing the competent authority of the Railway Protection Force to consider the above report and thereafter decide further on the transfer posting of the petitioner in accordance with the policy.

Needless to state, in such consideration, necessary orders with respect to the period of suspension of the petitioner shall also be passed by the Competent Authority.
