By an order dated 21.08.2023, it was directed that Court Notice be issued to the parties and their counsel. The office report states that notice could not be served upon the appellant as the address was untraceable, but learned counsel on record for the appellant has been served. 3.

The matter was listed thereafter on 22.04.2024, when the parties were unrepresented and the same position prevails today. 4.

In these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
