O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petition inter-alia praying as under:

"a) Direct the Respondent no.1/TVC to conduct the survey of the petitioner within time bound manner and issue certificate of vending in favour of the petitioner .

b) Direct the Respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 24/06/2024 in accordance with law." 2.

The petitioner claims that he is carrying on vending activities as a street vendor. He claims that he had also applied for tehbazari licence in the year 2007. In support of the same, he has produced a challan indicating that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the petitioner had paid a sum of Rs.100/- on 14.12.2007 as process fee. No other document has been placed on record to substantiate the petitioner's claims that he is carrying on vending activities or that he had applied for tehbazari licence in the year 2007.

The petitioner also states that he had made a representation dated 24.06.2024 claiming that he was vending at D-Avenue Road, Sarojini Nagar Market, New Delhi and had further requested to be included in the survey. 4.

This court is informed that the survey would be conducted shortly and has been held up on account of biometric linkage with Aadhar. 5.

In view of the above, no directions are required to be issued for conducting of the survey by the NDMC or by Town Vending Committee (TVC).

In so far as the petitioner's representation is concerned, the same is also to the effect that the petitioner be included in the survey. 7.

Clearly, as and when the survey is conducted, the petitioner as all other vendors, would have a right to participate in the same. 8.

The present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. 9.
