The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:

"a. To allow the petitioner to carry ·on trade at his present squatting site Outside Shop of Kalaniketan Suit and Sarees; Beaden Pura Between Gali No. 14 And 15, Ajmal Khan Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi.

b. To give possession to the Petitioner of his allotted site no. 12/ 16, Z Block, West Patel Nagar, Delhi with immediate effect." 2.

In view of the above, the relief sought by the petitioner stands addressed. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of. Pending application shall also stand closed.
