1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have, in supersession of the impugned transfer order dated 10.04.2024, agreed to transfer the petitioner to Sector Headquarters, Jammu. He assures the Court that appropriate orders in this regard will be issued to her within the next one week.

2. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is agreeable to join at Jammu, she may be given some reasonable time to report at her new place of posting at Jammu.

3. Taking into account the grounds urged in the petition, while taking on record the respondents' stand that the impugned transfer order will stand cancelled and a fresh order posting the petitioner to Jammu will be issued within one week, we grant the petitioner time till 15.09.2024 to report at Sector Headquarters, Jammu.
