The Corporation appears to have filed the status report which reads as under:- "The property bearing no. .3075-77,.Kucha Pandit Shahganj, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi:110006 was inspected on 26.07.2024 wherein it was noticed that so far erection of walls and columns at ground floor and shuttering at ground floor has been carried out. Photographs of the property in question are annexed as Annexure-A(Colly). A work stop notice under section (2) of the DMC Act vide no.D483/AE(B)/CSPZ/2024 dated 29.07.2024 has been issued to the SHO P.S. Hauz Qazi requesting him to ensure that no unauthorized construction is carried out in the property in question. A copy of work stop notice dated 29.07.2024 is annexed herewith as Annexure-B." 2.

The learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. The liberty so prayed for is granted. The Corporation is, however, bound by the status report and is directed to take the action to its logical end.
