O R D E R

% 22.04.2018 The parties have mutually arrived at a settlement and thereunder, the respondent Insurance Company has agreed to pay a sum of `6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakh only) over and above the amounts payable in terms of the impugned award. Such additional sum shall be paid proportionately to the claimants/appellants towards their claims in consonance with the terms of the impugned award. Such additional sum of Rs.6,00,000/- shall be deposited by the Insurance Company within 03 weeks from today, failing which it shall carry an interest @ 12% per annum. The impugned award stands modified accordingly.
