By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 827/2007 registered under Sections 457/380/411 IPC at Police Station Sultan Puri, Delhi. 2.

The only ground raised in the present petition is that the FIR came to be registered on 24.05.2007, on the complaint of the official liquidator, who stated that when officials from the office of the official liquidator reached the premises, it was found that there was no lock and seal of the Court and that the moveable assets were alleged to have been removed/stolen. Learned counsel has referred to the proceedings of the official liquidator dated 11.02.2010, which relate to an inventory of the items/articles present when the premises were de-sealed, which contain some of the articles which were earlier reported to be stolen. 3.

Though the petitioner has raised doubts upon the allegation raised in the FIR qua the factum of movable assets/articles being stolen, the same are disputed question of facts, which would require to be proved by leading evidence in trial.
