The Court has also examined the merits of the case. By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has challenged the order dated 06.09.2023 passed by learned ASJ-05, Shahdara, KKD vide which the revision petition filed by him, inter alia, assailing the order dated 17.08.2022 passed by learned M.M. under Section 143A thereby directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of the cheque amount as an interim compensation, was dismissed.

A reading of the order dated 17.08.2022 passed by the learned M.M. would show that the same was passed considering that the petitioner has admitted the signatures on the cheque in question.
