% 07.03.2018 The counsel for the petitioner submits that this revision petition has been wrongly filed as the proceedings before the Rent Controller in which the impugned order dated 30.10.2017 was passed were not in terms of the special procedure under Section 14 (1) (e) of Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 read with Section 25 B.

He submits that the appropriate remedy would be by way of an appeal before the Rent Control Tribunal. He, thus, requests permission to withdraw the present petition and to be given liberty to approach the Rent Control Tribunal by appeal. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted.
