O R D E R

% 17.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present FIR No. 350/2017 has been lodged as a counterblast to FIR no. 345/2017 under Sections 308/427/506/34 IPC registered at police Station Mundka on 13.12.2017, which was lodged by the wife of petitioner no.1. It is submitted that husband of complainant (Ms. Jyoti Sharma) in the present FIR, namely, Rajesh along with Manoj and Amit Aggarwal assaulted petitioner no. 1 and FIR no. 345/2017 was registered against the husband of complainant. FIR no. 350/2017 under sections 354/354B/34 IPC was got registered on 14/12/2017 .

It is submitted that petitioners have already joined the investigation, after they were granted protection by the trial court and

thereafter, by this Court, vide order dated 21st February, 2018. Interim protection is still in force.

Learned APP submits that petitioners have already participated in the investigation and charge-sheet is ready.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on bail, subject to each of them furnishing personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
