% 19.02.2016 This petition by way of public interest litigation is filed seeking direction to the respondent to include cars driven by women as well as twowheelers vehicle in the ambit of Odd-Even Scheme. Since the Odd-Even Scheme has not yet been notified and no acceptable material is available regarding the proposed re-implementation of Odd-Even Scheme, the writ petition is premature and therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the same.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
