O R D E R

% 19.02.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that the unauthorised tin shed, the construction whereof had given rise to cause of action in favour of the respondents to seek order of eviction on the ground under Section 14

(1) (j) of Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 has since been removed in terms of the directions in the order dated 10.07.2015 of the Additional Rent Controller (Central) passed on the file of eviction case (E-20/2014). He submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead appear before the Additional Rent Controller to show to its satisfaction the removal of the unauthorised structure and restoration of the premises to the original shape so as to pray for protection of Section 14 (10) of Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, the order required to be passed whereunder has not yet been considered.

The petition and the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed, granted.
