Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner with the following prayer: "a. Allow the present petition and issue an appropriate Writ/Order thereby directing the Hon'ble Court of Ms. Sadhika Jalan, Ld. ASJ, Dwarka Court, New Delhi to expedite and conclude the trial of the present case [i.e. FIR No. 412/2016 registered u/s 376/506 IPC at P.S.: Dwarka (South)], in a fixed time frame, in the interest of Justice; And/or." 2.
Issue notice. Learned ASC for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

Learned ASC for the State, on instructions of IO, informs that IO is being examined by the learned trial court and all the remaining witnesses have since been examined.
