He states that in view of the same, the present petitions may be disposed of.

Status report filed by FRRO on 11.03.2025 in W.P.(CRL) 2233/2024 and NOC of NCB dated 12.03.2025 filed in W.P.(CRL) 2233/2024 has been handed over. The parties are directed to bring the same on record. 4.
