% 26.05.2016 Today a typographical error in the order dated 7th April, 2016 has been corrected after initialling the same.

Both the learned counsel state that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties.

Learned counsel for petitioners states that the payments have been accepted by the petitioners in full and final settlement of all their claims. He clarifies that with the aforesaid payments, the petitioners have no pending claim against the respondent No.1.

The statements made by learned counsel for petitioners are accepted by this Court and petitioners are held bound by the same. The payment receipt handed over is also taken on record.

In view thereof, present writ petition and application are disposed of as satisfied.

This Court places on record its appreciation for the services rendered by the learned counsel for parties.
