The primary relief sought by the petitioners in the present petition is that the concerned respondents be directed to expeditiously decide the application of the petitioners under Section 23 of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007. 2.
It transpires during the course of hearing that the said application has already been decided. As such, the primary grievance as articulated in the present petition does not survive.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in the process of availing the appellate remedy against the said decision rendered by the Adjudicating Authority, by preferring an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner.
4.
Needless to say, the petitioners would be at liberty to do so. 5.
