This appeal is filed on behalf of the Appellant under Section 37(2)(B) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging the order dated 02.06.2025 passed by the learned Arbitrator.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal with liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law against alleged non-compliance and violations of the order passed by this Court by the Respondents. 3.

Appeal along with pending application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
