Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of the FIR No.292/2013 registered under Sections 469/471 IPC and 66A/66C/67 of I.T.Act at PS Sultan Puri. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the respondent No.2 / complainant. 2.

Respondent No.2 / complainant -with her counsel is present before the Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. I have made enquiries from respondent No.2 if the dispute has been settled by her with the petitioners of her own free will without any fear or pressure. She has stated that the dispute with the petitioners has been resolved amicably with her free

consent and she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR. 3.

Petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. The parties are related to each other.

Cross case vide FIR No.171/2013 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at PS South Rohini has also been settled and FIR therein has been quashed. 4.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties amicably, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.292/2013 registered under Sections 469/471 IPC and 66A/66C/67 of I.T.Act at PS Sultan Puri and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

The petitioners are directed to deposit ` 30,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister's Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
