% 12.05.2026 File is taken up today on the Office Note wherein the Bank Guarantee of Rs.24,50,000/- has been provided by ICICI Bank, which is not a Nationalized Bank as was directed vide Order dated 07.04.2026. Though, vide Order dated 10.12.2025, it was directed that the Bank Guarantee be of a Nationalized Bank. However, the Bank Guarantee of ICICI Bank in lieu thereof may be accepted.
