The present petition has been instituted pursuant to the order dated 09th July, 2025 passed by Registrar General of this Court in light of the request made by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, for transfer of CT case No. 1479/2022 titled Directorate of Enforcement Vs. Tej Bahadur Mishra to the Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi since it is the concerned Court having jurisdiction to adjudicate cases under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. Moreover, it is submitted that that the principal prosecution complaint in the present dispute is already pending before the PMLA Court at Rouse Avenue District Court, Delhi. Therefore, it is requested that the CT Case No. 1479/2022 be transferred from Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to Rouse The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the minutes of the meeting of the Administrative and General Supervision Committee of this Court dated 15th April, 2019, and the order dated 09th July, 2025 passed by Registrar General, CT Case No. 1479/2022 titled Directorate of Enforcement Vs. Tej Bahadur Mishra, which is presently pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, is transferred to the PMLA Court having the necessary jurisdiction at Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi.

The parties are directed to appear before the Transferee Court on 25th July, 2025.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts and Principal District and Sessions Judge, Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi for necessary information and compliance.
