% 16.03.2018 Crl.M.A.No.9813/2017 in CRL.REV.P. 147/2016 Counsel for the petitioners submits that she has perused the latest status report filed by the Superintendant of Prison, Central Jail No.2, Tihar, New Delhi. She further submits that as per the latest status report, the error has been rectified and submits that nothing survives further. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with directions that the sentences shall run concurrently.
