Ms. Sachi Chopra, learned counsel for Respondent 2 school submits that the school is agreeable to treating the provisional admission granted to the petitioner on 29 November 2023 as final and regular.

Accordingly, the petitioner, needless to say, would be entitled to be treated as an EWS student with all entitlements that EWS students are entitled to during his tenure with the school. 3.
Ms. Chopra, learned counsel for the school prays, however, that school may be given liberty to verify the income certificate of the petitioner.

Needless to say, that liberty would always remain with the school and the entitlement of the petitioner to EWS admission is subject to the income certificate being found to be valid and acceptable.
