This is a petition seeking execution of the Award dated 18.07.2018 wherein the claims of the decree-holder were allowed. 2.

As per execution, the judgment-debtor was required to deposit Rs.2,94,44,641.58/-. The judgment-debtor has deposited the entire decretal amount with up-to-date interest.

Since it is a money Award, the decree-holder is entitled to release of the amount, subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court.

In case there is any calculation mistake or any amounts further due and payable, the decree-holder will be entitled to revive the execution petition.
