CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ KUMAR OHRI

O R D E R

% 19.03.2024 1.

By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.71/2017 registered under Sections 452/323/506/34 IPC at P.S. Saket, Delhi on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their disputes.

2.

Petitioners have relied on the Memorandum of Understanding dated 04.08.2017, to submit that the parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement with respect to entire litigation pending between them. 3.

Concededly, the injured has expired. Further, the aforementioned MoU is silent as regards the present FIR, which was registered six months prior to execution of the said MoU. There is no other material on record which indicate that the injured during his life time had given his no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

4.

Accordingly, I do not find any ground to entertain the present petition. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 21/03/2024 at 12:15:44

Consequently, the same is dismissed.
