Present petition has been filed under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 seeking the following prayers: "a) Set aside the impugned order dated 25.03.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Sh. Rupinder Singh Dhiman, Additional Rent Controller-01 (Central) District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in RC ARC No. 341/2023;

b) Call the records of the Ld. ARC of the above noted case and examine the legality of the impugned order dated 25.03.2025; Pass such other order (s) as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent/ landlord submits that the subject premises has been handed over to the latter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/ tenant confirms the same and in view of the above, she seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.
