% 07.03.2019 There is no appearance on behalf of the second respondent nor any affidavit filed in terms of the directions in the previous orders. It is noted that notice to second respondent was issued by order dated 06.03.2018, the office report indicating the same having returned unserved so far as one address is concerned, there being no report in respect of the second address of Dubai. A person claiming to be the mother of the second respondent appeared with counsel on 27.07.2018 but the counsel has not filed any vakalatnama. In these circumstances, by way of abundant caution, it is directed that the petitioner shall take fresh steps for proper service of the second respondent for 23.08.2019.
